Clinical truth above all
Decisions begin with what improves patient care and what the evidence can support.
Offin Healthcare was founded on a conviction shaped in rehabilitation wards: African patients deserve the same precision in clinical assessment that elite medical systems take for granted — and African clinical data deserves to be preserved, not lost on isolated machines.
Our foundation product, ECGConnect, captures cardiac signals at the bedside. Our first service, Gait Analysis as a Service, delivers objective rehab reports in minutes. Both feed the Clinical Data Repository — a structured African record that compounds with every encounter and forms the substrate for AI models trained on African data.
From inception, Offin Healthcare has been structured as a systems-driven company: documented processes, defined decision rights, and institutional governance built to outlast any one project, partner, or founder — so that the data, and the value it creates, stays African.
Mission
Improve clinical outcomes in resource-constrained settings through locally appropriate biomedical technology, structured data systems, and evidence-led care.
Vision
Become West Africa's most trusted biomedical engineering company — anchored in African data, African talent, and African clinical realities.
Core values
Decisions begin with what improves patient care and what the evidence can support.
Systems must be built with local knowledge and governed with local agency.
Institutional resilience matters more than any one founder, donor, or partner.
Clinical information is handled with care, integrity, and accountability.
We pursue high standards while adapting intelligently to context and constraints.
Strong collaborations are part of the architecture, not accessories to it.
Clear documentation and honest communication build long-term confidence in the system.
